Alternate Angle Academy is established on the core philosophy of being a knowledge sharing and enhancement platform for architecture and construction industry. Academy aims to create a learning avenue which will cater to dynamic knowledge upgradation of skills as demanded by the industry. Senior Professionals working in the architecture and construction industry share their practical knowledge pertaining to technical skills, project execution, professional business and allied fields through this avenue. Academy empowers its participants with skills of pragmatic thinking, problem solving and awareness to make informed decisions in professional work.

Late Ar. Arvind Khare was the Mentor and Advisor to Alternate Angle Academy. Mr. Khare has mentored both co-founders through his professional experience. He contributed to Alternate Angle through his guidance on all aspects from providing technical advice about regulations, arbitration, valuation, construction practices, project management and business ethics.
He practiced as Architect in city of Thane, MH, India in the name of Arvind Khare & Associates from 1975 to 2022. During his professional career, he worked on projects of various scales ranging from residential, industrial, public buildings, schools to religious buildings. Mr. Khare was one of the founder members of Thane Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects. He also held post as Vice-chairman of Maharashtra Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects. He had been active in the development of profession of architecture and has contributed with freelance writing and publishing opinions and ideas in local newspapers. Mr. Khare was also active in social work and was ex-District Governor of Lions Club International.
Alternate Angle Academy will always be indebted to have him as Mentor and will follow his professional principles and guidelines to share knowledge to the next generation.

Ar. Milind Surve is the co-founder and director of Alternate Angle Consultants Pvt. Ltd, the parent company promoting Alternate Angle Academy. Having professional experience of more than 2 decades in India and USA, Milind brings his project-based knowledge to Academy. He strongly believes that architects are not just designers and can be integral part of our society’s physical, economical and social development. Being a teacher at heart, he enjoys sharing his practical knowledge with young professionals, while learning from them also. Alternate Angle Academy is his way of passing on the professional learnings to the next generation what he received from his mentors.

Ar. Snehal Jagdale-Surve is the co-founder and director of Alternate Angle Consultants Pvt. Ltd, the parent company promoting Alternate Angle Academy. Her research-oriented approach towards practice helps Alternate Angle projects and Academy course work immensely. A practicing architect for more than 2 decades in India & USA, Snehal has dealt with corporate clients, large scale projects with international collaborations. Her interest in writing has helped in detailing Academy content, making it more engaging and diversified. As content curator and moderator for Academy, she coordinates with other mentors and brings the best out of them which benefits our course takers.
